PV CYCLE
Founded in 2007 as a voluntary initiative by leading European photovoltaic panel manufacturers, PV CYCLE now offers premium services in regulatory compliance and waste management, serving businesses and waste holders worldwide.
While remaining dedicated to its original mission in the photovoltaic sector, PV CYCLE has expanded its expertise to include the management of waste from electrical and electronic equipment, inverters, and batteries.
PV CYCLE ITALIA CONSORZIO
PV CYCLE ITALIA CONSORZIO, established in 2012, was founded to address the regulatory compliance and waste management requirements of Producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), Batteries, and Accumulators operating in Italy.
- Collective System pursuant to the national WEEE legislation (Legislative Decree 49/2014 and subsequent amendments) and the national Batteries and Accumulators legislation (Legislative Decree 188/2008 and subsequent amendments);
- Member of the WEEE Coordination Center and the National Batteries and Accumulators Coordination Center, which play a fundamental role in organizing and optimizing the collection, retrieval, and treatment of household WEEE and waste batteries and accumulators at the national level;
- Registered in the WEEE Register (No. IT14011000033) and the Batteries and Accumulators Register (No. IT16041P00035) as a collective financing system;
- Equipped with a Statute in compliance with the requirements set by the Model Statute published by the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea;
- Collective System approved by the GSE for the management of end-of-life photovoltaic panels incentivized through the IV and V Energy Account schemes.

Founded in 2016, PV CYCLE ITALIA SERVICE S.R.L. is a service company affiliated with PV CYCLE ITALIA CONSORZIO. Its mission is to provide integrated and sustainable solutions for environmental waste management while supporting businesses in their transition to a circular economy. The company is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and complementary services to Collective System members and clients nationwide, ensuring minimal environmental impact and contributing to the preservation of natural resources.
Operating throughout Italy, both directly and through strategic partnerships, PV CYCLE ITALIA SERVICE S.R.L. offers a wide range of services, including eco-friendly management of industrial and corporate waste, specialized environmental consulting, and assistance in drafting sustainability reports. The company's approach prioritizes waste reduction, recycling, and reuse, promoting responsible resource management and minimizing the environmental impact of production activities.
