Benefits of Membership

Membership in PV CYCLE ITALIA CONSORZIO allows Producers to obtain the following benefits:

• Registration in the National Producer Registers;
• Analysis of legislative obligations regarding Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and/or Waste of Batteries and Accumulators (WBA);
• Authorized representation service for foreign companies;
• Assistance in compliance with regulations and laws related to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and/or Waste of Batteries and Accumulators (WBA);
• Support in compliance with the GSE Operating Instructions;
• Compliance services for “one-to-one” and “one-to-zero” obligations;
• Communication to the competent Authorities of data and information related to the obligations of the Producer and Importer;
• Transmission of data related to the collection, treatment, and recycling of WEEE and/or WBA;
• Sustainability reports and balance sheets.
